ASSYST is seeking an Oracle EBS Application Procure-to-Pay Technical Consultant with expert-level technical and functional expertise in the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules. This role involves the development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Forms, OAF pages, and RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). The consultant will also be responsible for troubleshooting and enhancing existing systems to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency across the organization.

Location: Laurel, MD Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Scope of Work:
The selected consultant will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS P2P applications by:

• Developing and maintaining custom Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages, reports, and Oracle Forms.
• Providing functional and technical support to ensure optimal performance of EBS modules like Procurement, iSupplier, Procurement Contracts, and Accounts Payable.
• Collaborating with the Database Administration (DBA) team to apply bug fixes, patches, and production migrations.
• Working independently or as part of a technical team to troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements.
• Building and maintaining interfaces and workflows to provide an integrated information system across multiple offices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (Procure-to-Pay modules) with a focus on technical development and maintenance.
• Maintain and modify current Oracle EBS modules, including OAF pages and Oracle Forms
• Develop new custom OAF pages, Oracle Forms, and RICE components to meet business needs
• Work independently or as part of a technical team to resolve production issues and deliver system enhancements.
• Collaborate with the DBA team to apply bug fixes, patches, and production migrations.
• Ensure smooth integration of Oracle EBS applications with other business systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in application and systems development.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay modules.
• Proven expertise in developing and modifying OAF pages and Oracle Forms within the EBS application.
• Strong technical proficiency in:
