ASSYST is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for our client in Rockville, Maryland.
The ideal candidate will excel in designing, developing, and maintaining modern .NET Web Applications and possess strong database administration and integration skills. 

Location: Rockville, Maryland (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern .NET Web Applications, including MVC and Web API.
• Build responsive designs for optimal functionality across devices.
• Manage and maintain MS SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Map and migrate data between database systems, particularly with MS SQL Server.
• Write, integrate, and report using VB.NET, C#.NET, HTML, and SQL.
• Convert customer enhancement requests into functional requirements and implement them.
• Create and publish .NET deployment packages for Development (DEV), Testing (TEST), and Production (PROD) environments.
• Document processes and systems thoroughly and effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to meet their needs and project goals and contribute the expertise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with .NET Web Applications, MVC, and Web API.
• Expertise in responsive design development.
• Extensive experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle database administration.
• Proven coding and reporting skills in VB.NET, C#.NET, and SQL.
• Experience mapping and migrating data between database systems.
• Ability to convert enhancement requests into functional designs and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with deploying .NET packages in various environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Prior experience with DHHS or any other government projects is highly desirable.
