The primary work location is 100% remote. The Software QA Analyst performs advanced and/or supervisory computer systems analysis and team lead work, administering the daily operations and activities of testing teams within the QA division of IT (Information Technology). Work involves planning, budgeting, and analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems.
This position will work with the project development teams to provide the following Software Testing Services:
- Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases
- Create and execute automated functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail
- Perform manual testing and data validation
- Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data
- Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to define and implement test case automation and clearly communicate to the team
- Execute performance and accessibility testing
Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum f 8 years of experience Testing complex Web Applications and Testing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Proficiency in Database/SQL Language.
- Knowledge and experience with API and JSON.
- Expertise in API testing (SOAP and REST).
- Test automation experience using open-source technologies and/or in-house frameworks.
- Familiarity with test frameworks like Junit and TestNG.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as WAPT Pro or Jmeter.
- Previous experience with Zephyr Scale preferred.
- Previous experience with Jira preferred.
