Oracle MWM System Support Analyst

ASSYST is seeking an Oracle MWM System Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for WSSC’s Oracle MWM application.

Job Title: Oracle MWM System Support Analyst
Location: Laurel, MD (Remote/Hybrid)
Duration: 1-Year Contract


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for WSSC’s Oracle MWM Application
  • Assist with MWM Production/Deployment Changes
  • Assist with AMR/Manual Meter Reads download/upload related issues
  • Assist with MWM System Configuration, Shift Templates/Schedules, including setup and changes and monitoring Appointment Baseline.
  • Data fixes to resolve communication errors between systems in real time so all work will be completed on the same day. 
  • Working ToDos for Oracle Customer-to-Meter (C2M), MWM, and ODM
  • Process Improvements and Priority Requests for Meter Services
  • Any new work/special projects at the discretion of the Utility Services Manager(s) and/or Meter Services.

Qualifications:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, System Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in a related field of Information Technology is preferred.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle MWM, ODM, and CC&B (C2M).
  • At least 4 years of Oracle MWM support and/or development experience.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience developing and designing reports using complex queries from various database systems.
  • Strong application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
