Job Description
The Data Analyst will support the design, development, and operations of the Data Integration Hub and the DAP/PMAS Report on Medicaid Personal Care Services. This role requires expertise in ETL automation, SQL development, and agile methodologies, with a focus on healthcare data systems.

Job Description
The Data Analyst will support the design, development, and operations of the Data Integration Hub and the DAP/PMAS Report on Medicaid Personal Care Services. This role requires expertise in ETL automation, SQL development, and agile methodologies, with a focus on healthcare data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop DAP/PMAS reports and maintain the data integration hub.
- Implement/configure infrastructure and support enhancements.
- Lead and participate in agile SDLC phases: requirements validation, user stories, automation, SQL development, testing, deployment.
- Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDF).
- Automate ETL processes using Informatica Power Center/IICS.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on data design and acquisition strategies.
- Validate SQL scripts, ETL workflows, and database views.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and requirements/design sessions.
- Produce technical documentation and mockups for customer validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience with Informatica Power Center/IICS ETL automation.
- 8+ years experience integrating data from multiple sources for Tableau visualization.
- 8+ years experience developing complex SQL (Oracle/Snowflake).
- 8+ years experience in data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing.
- Strong technical writing, diagramming, and software delivery experience.
- Proven ability to write efficient, testable code.
- Agile team experience, healthcare industry background, and familiarity with PII/PHI data.
- Skills in Python, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, Java/JavaScript, C#, Mulesoft, and web services.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
