Job Description The Data Analyst will support the design, development, and operations of the Data Integration Hub and the DAP/PMAS Report on Medicaid Personal Care Services. This role requires expertise in ETL automation, SQL development, and agile methodologies, with a focus on healthcare data systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop DAP/PMAS reports and maintain the data integration hub.
Implement/configure infrastructure and support enhancements.
Lead and participate in agile SDLC phases: requirements validation, user stories, automation, SQL development, testing, deployment.
Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDF).
Automate ETL processes using Informatica Power Center/IICS.
Collaborate with architects and engineers on data design and acquisition strategies.
Validate SQL scripts, ETL workflows, and database views.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and requirements/design sessions.
Produce technical documentation and mockups for customer validation.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience with Informatica Power Center/IICS ETL automation.
8+ years experience integrating data from multiple sources for Tableau visualization.
8+ years experience developing complex SQL (Oracle/Snowflake).
8+ years experience in data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing.
Strong technical writing, diagramming, and software delivery experience.
Proven ability to write efficient, testable code.
Agile team experience, healthcare industry background, and familiarity with PII/PHI data.
Skills in Python, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, Java/JavaScript, C#, Mulesoft, and web services.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
