Business Analyst – Finance

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate SME sessions to assess PALM impacts on FDLE accounting systems
- Document current and future-state business processes using BPMN
- Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows
- Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform QA testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT support)
- Track and manage defects using JIRA
- Prepare process crosswalks between legacy and PALM systems
- Maintain project documentation (issue logs, change logs, decision logs, action items)
- Provide daily status updates to the Business Support Program Manager
- Support SME training and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience on large-scale enterprise software projects
- Strong BPMN expertise
- Experience in requirements documentation and test planning
- Hands-on QA/testing experience and defect management in JIRA
- Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
Preferred
- Oracle eBS experience
- MS Project, MS Visio
- BA Certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PBA)
