We are hiring an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team in Sterling, VA. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of contracts with federal, state, and local government customers while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong supplier relationships.

Job Requirements

• The applicant should have 2 - 5 years of experience in managing the full lifecycle of contract activities such as negotiating, executing NDAs and Subcontractor agreements with our suppliers, and reviewing and executing contracts with our customers ( federal, state, and local governments). 
• Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts 
• Familiarity with Deltek, FAR/DFARs, DCAA is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• US citizenship is required.
